The first appointment is free and serves as a get to know you appointment. We'll talk about what you'd like to work on, which interventions you're most comfortable with, and expectations for therapy. I'll give you some background on my education, personal experience, and answer any questions you may have about the process. I have a dark sense of humor and informal style. Finding a therapist you click with makes all the difference.
